Independently
owned and operated in Gilbert Arizona, this company brings a level and
quality of service not typically associated with the custom apparel
industry.
What
impressed ME initially about this company, aside from being very competitively priced, was the
fact that they actually took the time to FOLD, BAG, and SORT their
completed garments by size. This simple process provides for far superior garment protection and inventory
control capabilities. This "Extra Mile" kind of service is
hard to find these days. Most in this industry don't do that.
They
also have an excellent state-of-the-art add specialties site which makes
ordering custom imprinted marketing/promotional items a breeze.

I
also observed a 500 piece order produced overnight to meet an important
deadline. Now THAT is SERVICE.
The
company IS the manufacturer and has the ability to produce a multitude
of apparel in a variety of styles. They offer up to 10 colors in their fourteen station screen printing department.
They
also have the ability to embroider up to 12 colors on over 150 heads for
embroidery. They have in-house Art and Digitizing departments that are
state of the art.
The
company operates from a 60,000 sq. ft. facility and boasts $1.5 million
dollars in rotating inventory of every thing from hats to shirts,
jackets and outerwear to golf towels, restaurant aprons, and chef
skirts. This literally makes them a one stop shop for all custom
screen printing and embroidery needs.
Bottom
Line - They have total quality control in-house.
Production
is typically 5-7 working days and the minimum or is 24 pieces. There is
a 12 piece "extreme' minimum but there is an up-charge for that.
They
carry all the popular name-brands and styles such as Jerzees, Outer
Banks, Three Rivers, Hanes, Anvil, Inner Harbor, Fruit of the Loom,
Anchor Athletic, Gildan, bella, Port & Company, Jonathan Corey, and
many more.
This
company has a reputation for "doing what they say they're going to
do". They keep their commitments.
The
Company does have a website but currently handles both local and
out-of-state order via e-mail, phone, fax, ect..,
